Getting hit by the combo reset EX one grates on me especially... Stand block to east punish, backthrow, mash dp/ultra/anything else all beat it out and instead I hold back down like a chump (or backdash? FML).

Rumble- I'm finding your Cody more comfortable to fight against finally- still scary as hell but I feel like I've grasped what the hell I'm doing a lot more. I promise I'm going to start punishing that back jump jab eventally.. haha. I'm working on it!

I think DeeJay is definitely a character that a few quick hoons in training mode can show a lot but unless you're playing Toothless Tiger a lot you might never get to use...
I can't say anything about the Rog match but there's some really weird hit/hurt boxes on some of his moves on recovery and startup. I only know the Cammy stuff but if you translate it over- EX short should be a relatively straight forward low punish (Cammy low forward hits except for at max range), it also can be stuffed out of startup by her meaty low forward too).
The other thing to look into is punishing that EX MGU which again has a wonky hurthbox where st.jab arrow doesn't punish but st.short arrow does. It breaks my heart watching how many people try to punish this and eat something big instead.

With Pooman I agree on his defense but he really lays the pressure on if he can get you in the corner.. feels like nothing saves you from that kara grab.

Out of curiosity how does your Cody go against debator? Yours definitley feels a bit more rock solid to play against, actually I'm pretty sure you're the only Cody I haven't ever throw a random ex-zonk...

Played way too much this weekend...

A big fuck you to Gino for making me play 3S again, which contributed to making me worse than I already am at 4 and also for losing a bunch of my points on ranked.

Chur to awesome long sets with Roy, Rumble for taking my points like a champ, peppersaint for withnessing my amazing ability to not perform combos, and any other cameo appearances from other dudes throughout the weekend.

Shout outs to getting beat down for hours on end by Shangtsung and Robsux.

GGs to Delirious and Royastro last night... I'm gonna start to get sick of losing half of my life in 3 seconds one day Roy But I think I'm finally making a decent amount of progress on that matchup, stupid ex-burn kick aside.

And damn you mason and your unjoinable lobbies... I've triggered some ports again today so hopefully that will solve the problem.

I managed to watch the entirety of the Topanga 2 tourney last week... Was a good watch. Recommend the match where Night Safari gets elimed and any matches where Reikitsu makes an appearance.. crazy vega, some real wonky setups and plowed through team yang.
