Standing Fierce proudly presents First Blood 2, New Zealand’s first major fighting game event of 2012.
So practice up all your fancy combos, all your "tech" and whatever else you need and see you all there on the day. Any further announcements will be made on the forum or on our Facebook page, so keep an eye out.
Tournament Games:
Street Fighter X Tekken (SFXT)
Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition 2012(SSF4)
Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 (UMVC3)
Street Fighter 2: Hyper Fighter (SF2:HF)
Casual Games Area:
There will be a designated B-Y-O-C (Bring Your Own Console) area for all paying attendees. Number of setups will depend on whoever brings setups on the day.
When: 14th April 2012, 11.30am to 7.30pm
Where: Grey Lynn Library Hall, 474 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland
Entry Fees:
$10 - All Day Casual Pass
$20 - 1 game entry + All Day Casual Pass
$30 - 2 games + All Day Casual Pass
$40 - 3 games + All Day Casual Pass
People only paying for a casual pass can enter any side tournaments held in the Casual Games area on the day. However any side tournaments are to be run at the tournament organisers discretion and Standing Fierce will not be afiliated with any side tournaments run on the day, UNLESS, specifically stated by Standing Fierce Admin/Staff. All payments to be made in cash on the day. Sorry we have no mobile eftpos facilities.
Prizes:
All entry fees (minus venue hire) are put into a pot to be split amongst the top 3 players in each game divided 60/30/10 amongst the winner! We can't make it any fairer than that. Everyone likes cash money!
Timetable:
Venue opens and registration begins: 11.30am.
Games begin: 12pm.
Tournament Finish: 7.30pm
Doors close: 8pm.
